Does everyone have a convection oven but me?

I'm just wondering because I've had the meatloaf from Saveur Cooks Authentic American in the oven for over 2.5 hours now, and it's still not cooked all the way through!  Ugh! The recipe says to bake for 45 minutes on 350 degrees ... whatever!

Not me. Only in my dreams!

That happens a lot with meatloaf. Good luck. Some recipes are just no good. Even Saveur.
:(

350 seems a little low for a meatloaf. I hope it turned out in the end. We always have trouble with roasts - we've basically given up.

not me!
i don't even have a normal oven....they aren't that common in spain....my large-and-well-equipped-for-spain kitchen still only has to ceramic burners (don't recommend ceramic) and so we supplemented with a glorified toaster oven....i always feel like i am using an easy bake oven....
