Modern convenience, huh?

I still haven't figured out why our refridgerator leaks from this plastic and tubing contraption inside the main compartment, but every now and then I wonder if Chris and I should vaccuum the coils. And then I notice a recent article about doing just that ... Maybe it's a sign?

I love when utility companies do more than just heat or electrify!

I love, love, love 2% or lowfat evaporated milk as a substitute for cream in anything from quiche to mashed potatoes.

Cool! I was advised to use powdered 2% in my quiche! Couldn't tell the difference!

Keen very keen! Thanks for the tips! I didn't even know my refrigerator coils needed to be cleaned never mind that it could equal a 6% savings...maybe that's why my power bill is so much lower at my new apartment :)
