The Great Heir Search?

Was it just this past Monday that Martha was back in the news? Something about rejecting a motion to have her charges thrown out? If so - how ironic! That was the night that I watched the Great Domestic Showdown.

I also can't believe that I'm saying this, but I am tempted to buy a copy of Dr. Phil's Ultimate Weightloss Solution Cookbook. I caught a re-run of his show yesterday, and the recipes looked kind of tempting!

I have used some of the recipes in it and it has been great so far. Not much thinking required to make sure that you are getting a well balanced meal and gives the calories, protein, etc...
